Female athletes weighing under 65kg typically fit in the S/M size. Please consult the attached size chart for guidance. To ensure optimal performance, replace your grips every 6 months. Note that Fly Grips RX is designed exclusively for gymnastics movements and not intended for weightlifting.

The right way to wear your grips:
when wearing your grips the metal buckle of the strap should be located on the outer side of the wrist where the wrist bone is prominent.

All orders within Kuwait will be delivered within 1 business day.
GCC orders will be shipped via DHL express & will arrive within 2-5 business days.
Rest of the world orders will be shipped via DHL express & will arrive to destination within 5-9 business days depending on the area.
