HEX BAR

Finished with a layer of powder coating Perform Hex Bar provides the athlete two kinds of handles both knurled. One which is elevated from the floor and another one which is on the same level as the bar frame by just flipping the bar over.

The flat handles part can be used for bench presses and a few other exercises while the elevated handles can be used for deadlift exercises without putting pressure on the lower back and can also be used for rehab exercises.
