To find the perfect fit, measure your hand from the base of your wrist to the base of your middle finger. Our grips offer two wearing styles:
- Standard Wear: The classic fit, extending fully down the fingers for a secure, snug feel.
- Fold Effect: For those who prefer extra grip by increasing surface area coverage (size up recommended).
Female athletes weighing under 65kg typically fit in the S/M size. Refer to the attached size chart for guidance. To ensure optimal performance, replace your grips every 6 months. Note that Fly Grips Pro is designed exclusively for gymnastics movements and not intended for weightlifting.
