Female athletes weighing under 65kg typically fit in the S/M size. Please consult the attached size chart for guidance. To ensure optimal performance, replace your grips every 6 months. Note that Fly Grips RX is designed exclusively for gymnastics movements and not intended for weightlifting.

The right way to wear your grips:

when wearing your grips the metal buckle of the strap should be located on the outer side of the wrist where the wrist bone is prominent.
